⚡️🚩🧑‍⚖️ The TAR of Sardinia rejected the request of RWM and the Sardinia Region to block the appeal against the decree that authorizes the expansion of the Domusnovas-Iglesias plant, involved in the production of bombs, naval mines and military drones.

🔻 The judges, however, postponed the decision on the merits of the appeal presented by environmentalists, USB and the Committee for the conversion of RWM against the green light imposed by the government through a commissioner ad acta, to 13 January 2027.

🔻 Pacifist movements and environmentalists contest both the environmental impact of the project and the strengthening of a site controlled by Rheinmetall, a group involved in EU rearmament programs and in the production of military drones together with the Israeli Uvision.
