⚡️🇮🇹⚖️ The Military Union has filed a complaint with the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office against Futuro Nazionale, asking the judiciary to investigate possible violations of the Scelba law and criminal allegations that include the reconstitution of the fascist party and subversive association.

🔻At the center of the complaint is the program «B.I.P. 2027-2037», which proposes the permanent deployment of the Armed Forces with judicial police functions in the «red zones» and a «Remigration Plan» extended also to foreigners legally present in Italy.

🔻The organization also requested the preventive seizure and the blocking of Futuro Nazionale's digital channels. «The Armed Forces serve the Constitution, not the parties. They serve the Republic, not its potential subverters», declared Secretary Luca Marco Comellini.
