⚡️🇮🇹🚨The president of the Italian System 118 Society Mario Balzanelli has stated, regarding the murder of Abderrahim Fakir, that if an ambulance had arrived on the scene with a doctor on board Fakir “would have been able to be saved”.

🔻The president harshly criticized the intervention of the FDO, declaring that “prolonged physical restraint in a prone position is dangerous and can be lethal, with the weight on the chest and neck blocking breathing, causing CO2 accumulation, acidosis, and cardiac arrest”.

🔻Balzanelli also stated that pepper spray was used on the victim a few seconds before immobilization, which can cause laryngospasm and bronchospasm, with closure of airways, effects that become dangerous in those who suffer from asthma, as in the case of Fakir.
