⚡️🇮🇳🚨 The police of New Delhi arrested dozens of protesters, including the founder of the Cockroach Janata Party, Abhijeet Dipke, and blocked thousands of people heading to the capital for a protest against the Modi government.

🔻 Authorities tightened controls, cancelled trains and closed metro stations to prevent access to the demonstration, which demanded the resignation of Election Commission chairman Gyanesh Kumar.

🔻 The protest challenges the revision of voter lists, which resulted in the deletion of about 130 million names. The opposition alleges possible irregularities, while the government and the Election Commission deny the accusations.
