⚡️🇾🇪💥 The Yemeni government forces backed by Saudi Arabia have intensified operations against Ansarallah in the last 48 hours, claiming over 1,500 fighters killed or wounded on several fronts.

🔻 Spokesman Majed al-Nuzaili reported almost 500 operations between October 2 and 3. In the subsequent 257 operations the government forces claimed at least 700 Ansarallah fighters killed and 170 vehicles destroyed or damaged.

🔻 The government forces also closed the al-Houban checkpoint, which connects Ansarallah-controlled territories to the city of Taiz, after new fighting in the area.

🔻 Ansarallah accused Saudi Arabia of carrying out 94 air and missile attacks on areas of Sanaa, Saada, Taiz, Hajjah, Amran and Ibb, reporting civilian casualties. Riyadh did not confirm the figures.
