⚡️🇮🇹🚨The Meloni government has approved a new decree that introduces penalties of up to 5 years in prison and a €20,000 fine for violent participation in demonstrations, and from 4 to 12 years for those who promote groups aimed at organizing them, even through computer tools and social media.

🔻 The decree also extends the deferred arrest to minors and to crimes of devastation and group damage, introduces the presumption of imputability for minors between 14 and 18 years old, and orders the deployment of 500 additional soldiers to Milan until December 31.
