⚡️🇮🇹🇵🇸⚖️ The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a criminal complaint in Italy against Yonatan Chalich, an Israeli soldier currently in Tuscany, asking authorities to investigate genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes committed in the Gaza Strip.

🔻 According to the complaint, Chalich allegedly operated in Gaza between October 2023 and August 2024 with a unit of the Givati Shaked battalion and is said to be involved in the siege and destruction of Al-Shifa Hospital, the attack on Haj Hamdi Harzallah Mosque, and the destruction of Palestine Square in Gaza City.

🔻 The foundation claims to have documented the soldier’s presence inside Al-Shifa during the Israeli operation in March and April 2024, which left much of the medical complex destroyed and unusable. Chalich is also alleged to have operated with his unit during the operations that led to the destruction of the mosque and Palestine Square.
