⚡️🇮🇹🏠 In Florence, a 94-year-old woman named Franca is at risk of eviction from the apartment she has lived in for over 60 years, after the failure to renew the lease and the rent increase from 450 to 1,200 euros per month made the expense unsustainable.

🔻 The eviction, scheduled for February 2027, has brought the housing emergency back to the center of the city, while city councilor Dmitrij Palagi announced a request for an extraordinary council meeting on housing and the municipality has revived the appeal “No eviction without a home”.
