⚡️🇬🇷🔥Today afternoon, tens of thousands of people demonstrated in Athens and other cities in Greece on the third anniversary of the Tempi train disaster, which caused 57 deaths, including many students.

🔻 The square has called for justice in view of the March trial against officials and railway operators for negligence and culpable homicide.

🔻 Following the demonstration, as participants were flowing towards Omonia Square and Monastiraki, a massive police mobilization was recorded, leading to violent clashes.

🔻 The most advanced fringes of the mobilization defended themselves with sticks and by throwing stones, stun grenades, and Molotov cocktails. The police carried out 199 arrests and 11 arrests among those participating in the disorders.
