⚡️🇸🇾🚨The FDS have retreated from the Tishrin dam, allowing the entry of the Syrian National Army, while Syrian forces have occupied Ain Issa. Clashes southeast of the dam have interrupted the territorial connection between the Kurdish cantons of Kobani and Jazirah.

🔻 In Raqqa, Syrian forces have forced the surrender or flight of FDS units besieged in the north of the city, taking control of military bases and the Aqtan prison. The M-4 has also been secured up to Hasakah and Deir Ezzor. The governorate is effectively under the control of the Syrian Interim Government.
