⚡️🇮🇹🇹🇷🏭 Turkish defense company ARCA Savunma has acquired Italian explosives company Esplodenti Sabino, based in Casalbordino Chieti , specialized in the production of ammunition and explosive demolition. The operation was concluded after months of negotiations.

🔻 Esplodenti Sabino is one of the rare European companies with active contracts with the Italian Ministry of War and NATO. Its transfer, already authorized by the Meloni government, is the second strategic Italian company transfer to a Turkish group in less than a year, after the sale of Piaggio Aerospace to Baykar Makina in December 2024.
