⚡️🇮🇹🛟You are ONG – EMERGENCY, Louise Michel, Mediterranea Saving Humans, Sea-Watch, SOS Humanity and SOS MEDITERRANÉE – have been constituted as civil parties in the process on the sinking of Cutro 25-26 February 2023 , in which at least 94 people died.

🔻Six Coast Guard and Customs Guard officials are charged with sinking and negligent homicide. The NGOs are asking for justice for the omission of rescue and that responsibility be established along the entire chain of command.

🔻According to the organizations, delays in rescues come from political choices, not from errors, asking for the end of the criminalization of migrant people and the establishment of a European search and rescue mission.
